I chose Hyatt for its central location, allowing easy access to Central Park and the iconic landmarks I wanted to visit. The hotel's concierge staff pleasantly surprised me with their ability to procure tickets to Broadway shows, adding an extra layer of convenience to my stay. Additionally, the New York Central restaurant, with its upscale European-inspired fare and terrace seating, provided a delightful dining experience.
Room service slow and incomplete.

Great location near Grand Central station, spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable stay.
Felt very lucky, nothing to complain about.

we had a great view of the tall buildings around us and down to the street below from our room on the 31st floor at Hyatt. the hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is amazing, with Times Square, Broadway, and Bryant Park all within walking distance. We spent most of our time walking around to Bryant Park, 5th Ave, and Rockefeller Center. the room was small, but the location made up for the size. We had a technical issue with the lights in our room, and within 10 minutes, someone came up to help us. We didn't pay extra for a city view so that was an added bonus for us.
Couldn't stay longer 😞
